With over 5 years of experience in project management across diverse international markets and 15 years specialising in talent acquisition, particularly within tech teams, I pride myself on my ability to navigate complex programs and foster talent engagement with finesse. My professional journey includes successful senior roles in both startup ecosystems and large multinational corporations on a global scale. I bring expertise in crafting effective recruitment strategies and facilitating internal mobility initiatives.

Having resided in dynamic hubs such as Sydney, London, Berlin, and Zurich, I've gained valuable insights into diverse work cultures, further enhancing my professional approach. During my time at 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗭𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 I was focusing on executing and improving Google's internal transfer policies and processes, with the long-term goal of improving internal transfer experiences and talent retention. Thriving on collaborating cross-functionally with partners across Google's People Operations function to conduct process and policy analysis, identifying and recommending improvements to internal recruitment practices across the company has been an absolute pleasure.

In my spare time I am an actress and have been involved in multiple productions in film, television and theatre both in Europe and back home in Australia. I'm currently preparing for a lead role in a play which will be showing in Zurich in the late spring through the Zurich English Speaking Theatre group (ZEST).
