My name is Ricardo Alves Mendes, and I'm currently looking for a new experience in my professional career.
At this moment I found myself working in Zürich in a project that didn’t fit my experience in terms of service and meeting guest expectations. As consequence I send this email to you.
In my last experience I was FB Outlets Manager of two high-end restaurants/ bars with approximately 300 covers each and a team of 95 employees (BOH and FOH), in Corinthia Lisbon Hotel 5* a Leading Hotel of the World (518 rooms).
Previously, I’ve worked for Minor International at Tivoli Hotel Av. da Liberdade 5* a partir Leading Hotel of the World, as F&B Outlets Manager.
I founded in 2018 with my team the SEEN Lisboa Restaurant, a high-end restaurant and still the hotspot in town, on top 3 of Portuguese Restaurants by Forbes.
In 2019 we had the reopening of the rooftop SKY BAR Lisboa, now the 6th best rooftop bar in Europe.
