I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in translation (University of Geneva) and I currently work as a trainee translator from German, English and French into Italian for the Swiss Federal Department of Finance. My current role involves producing accurate, culturally nuanced translations that resonate with the target audience, ensuring clarity and precision. Additionally, I gained professional experience working as an Italian translator for Hieronymus translations by lawyers for lawyers, where I mainly translated contracts for the Swiss market.
Throughout my studies and my professional experiences, not only was I able to develop skills in legal and financial translation but also to gain an even deeper understanding of my mother tongue.
