With more than 10 years of scientific experience, including a focus on cell biology, molecular biology and microbiology and 3.5 years of experience in the deep biotech industry, I excel in complex research and adapt well to multicultural settings. Analytical and results-driven, I have a proven track record of leadership, with a strong publication record and the ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and multi-million-dollar innovation projects.

•Led a team of four scientists on projects in stem cell field to produce cell-based products in large scale, directed cross-functional teams for biological and microbiological regulatory safety for the products (FDA, SFA & EFSA).

•Established and implemented microbiological quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to ensure the safety of stem cell products intended for human consumption.

•Managed core R&D project initiatives including hiring, training/coaching, milestones, objective setting, feasibility studies, conducting POC experiments and standardization of SOPs.

•Coordinated the internal and external collaborations in dynamic start-up environment.

•Supported the management team with business plan development, investor engagement and presentation preparation, resulting in successful raising of 9.5M CHF.
