Thanks to my international experiences in Switzerland, UK, Italy, Spain, and Germany within Talent Acquisition and Recruitment organizations I had the chance to cooperate with different important global and multinational companies. I started my career as a salesperson within a recruitment company and I developed and managed clients in EMEA Region also thanks to my strong multicultural background (speaking English, Italian, German, French, Russian, Slovak, and Czech languages) that I have reinforced during University Master Specialization in Intercultural Communication for Business.
In the last 12 years, I have built from scratch Talent Acquisition teams within agencies and end client companies in CEE, Italy, Switzerland, and Spain, which supported clients and businesses across the globe and attracted the best talents from different corners of the world.
Today I am the Regional Director of the Talent Acquisition, Evangelist of Diversity & Inclusion, HR Data & Analytics Lover, and Promoter of diverse cultures aiming to create the best company culture where people want to work and invest their time, energy, skills, and know-how.
I am responsible for the Talent Acquisition strategy to enhance the candidate's personality &
experience and meet the company and the candidate's expectations. As a Leader, I am making sure that Talent Acquisition is accountable to attract and recruit the best talents on the market by putting in place employer branding, employer value proposition, and digital recruitment strategy. No less important is the creation of the structure and processes to make sure that the Talent Acquisition division is working efficiently. I am transforming the Talent Acquisition team into a high-performance function in tight partnership with the business while driving the employer brand and promoting the company culture and working principle & ethics.
