► EXPERTISE
I work across the entire end-to-end UX and service design process. My typical approach begins with analyzing the value proposition. I am involved in the project from the creation of the product execution strategy through to product delivery and A/B testing.
I organize workshops and collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams to develop product features and concepts. I observe and monitor external trends to conduct in-depth comparative analyses and support clients in adopting a design-oriented culture. I experiment with design methods and techniques that enhance the customer experience at every level and within the company.

I create high-fidelity product prototypes that support customers throughout different product iterations and testing phases.
