Front Office Receptionist (6 months)
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the hotel
Work with Opera PMS and Marriott Global Source
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Front Office Supervisor (4 months)
Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests.
