Builds, deploys and supports cost-effective technology solutions linked to the Richemont SAP integrated infrastructure in alignment with the different functional environments and business objectives of the organization. This includes management of all solutions provided under the scope of GIS SAP infrastructure (Manufacture, Contact Center Distribution, and Digital). ➢Assess business and technical needs, design, plan changes to software components and architecture. Align these changes with other business teams and deploy them in a timely manner. ➢Assess Risk and Capacity while ensuring that any foreseen impact is reported in a timely manner.

Service Lifecycle · Analyze the market, evaluate new features to provide a recommendation for solutions that matches the Business needs and models to resolve business problems. · Develop and design use cases design POS systems to optimise business impact.

• Define the timeline and content of Enrichment Releases. · Solution Service Owner, during budget preparation he proposes budget estimates for Central Solutions and enhancements. · Ensure service availability. · Installs and maintains all products of the services he owns technically in a lab and pre-prod environment. · Manages relationships with vendors (Hardware, software). · Liaise with other Group IT teams and Business representatives to build secure and supportable solutions. · Guides and manages moves from Premise Architecture to Cloud architecture.

Project

Management · Liaises with Business representatives to collect and assess business needs. ·Will define the project structure and manages projects within the agreed budget and timeline. · Implements the project in his own field of activity by respecting the objectives and deadlines, by defining project feasibility, planning, and coordinating communication between parties (external and internal). · Maintains all project documentation required by the Richemont Project Management Guidelines · Breaks down requirements into deliverables with dates and assures their on-time delivery.

Solution

Expertise · Acts as technical service owner, writes the implementation guidelines and documentation for solutions · Maintains documentation and evolves it according to changes. · Does the complex implementation of IT using algorithmic solutions required during project task and Change Management for the service life cycle project, in his area of expertise. · Ensures that security measures are properly followed by modelling risk assessments. · Defining model measurement metrics and testing approaches designing test books. · Troubleshooting performance across applicable phases of the use case lifecycle. · Define clearly presented solutions and metrics to business stakeholders. · Create thorough Risk assessments and SWOT analysis presentations. · Develops Software programs or scripts for Automating Retail solutions.
