Tobias Nussbaumer

Tobias is a PeopleSoft Consultant with extensive experience in HCM, Integration Hub and other modules where he helps clients to understand and evaluate their functional and technical requirements and to either implementing them himself or preparing them for delivery by offshore teams.

Tobias has over 20 years of industry experience in PeopleSoft Consulting working for various financial institutions as well as companies operating in other areas. During this time Tobias covered a wide range of topics from installation, maintenance and support of various PeopleSoft applications across all phases of development, testing and go-live to driving the strategy of large application portfolios in the CIO and partially the HR IT space where he built strong partnerships with business and senior management.

Before his current position he was a PeopleSoft Lead Developer and Functional Consultant at Standard Chartered Bank in charge of the in-house compensation system and payroll solution, defining the strategy and syndicating it with business and senior management as well as reviewing and advising on other core components. In this capacity he has helped many projects succeed and solved numerous complex issues. He is mostly getting the hard-to-solve issues inside and outside of his focus area and often gets asked to help with integration work from and to PeopleSoft but also other technologies.

Tobias is often consulted for advice and his opinion and advice are valued by his peers as well as the management team.

His excellent presentation & communication skills, the strong technical background, a wide network built during his twenty years in the PeopleSoft community combined with his analytical thinking put him in a unique position. Such wide-ranging skills are often critical to match business needs with complex global systems.
