I'm studying data science at the University of Zurich, and doing my internship at Microsoft as a solution specialist.
○ Build architecture diagrams to help customers solve problems.
○ Contacted, reviewed, chose, and brought in 8 showcases( Infosys, dacadoo,Witivio… ) at Microsoft Technology Center(MTC).
○ Explain to customers new technology from Microsoft as well as over 40 use cases based on their needs, document and structure them.
○ Help other senior technical architects with their workshops with large enterprise companies.
○ Build the internal website for Swiss MTC.
○ Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction ratings.
Currently doing my Master's degree in data science, did my Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics.
