My professional journey spans over eight years of humanitarian work with international Humanitarian organisations, mainly with the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Throughout my career, I've gained multiple expertise in diverse areas around the protection of civilians in conflicts and post conflict settings. Mainly, active listening, planning, data analysis, humanitarian negotiation, reporting , strategic planning, action plans development, humanitarian assistance, and programmes & project management.

Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and in change management from ProSci, I have also pursued training in humanitarian response to conflicts and disasters, humanitarian negotiation with CCHN, as well as sustainable development in humanitarian action.

Passionate about driving innovation and durable social impact, I bring a global perspective, fluency in English, French, and Arabic, and a commitment to continuous learning—I am currently expanding my language skills by learning German.

My work is driven by passion for justice, combined with an ease in crafting and optimizing procedural frameworks and workflows. I am eager to contribute to transformative initiatives that make a lasting difference in the lives of those affected by humanitarian crises.
