Position: LIBHERR, HITACHI AND CATERPILLAR TECHNICIAN
Assembling and disassembling of Liebheer Excavators R944, R984, R9200, R9250 R9350, R9400, Cat Excavators 6020B, 6040FS, 6050FS and Hitachi Excavators Ex 2500-6, Ex 1900-6, Ex 1200-5.
Troubleshooting, both Electricals and Mechanical faults.
Perform daily maintenance, lubricants usage, inspection and fault finding/rectification report writing.
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
Attending to all types of mechanical and electrical faults, hydraulic repairs, general maintenance and emergency breakdowns on equipment.
Resealing and fixing of Hydraulic Pumps and motors, final drive, swing box ...
