Quality control Engineer assigned to an Overseas Business Operations construction project for U.S Embassy, Brazzaville, valued at over $13.6 million dollars. Operation to include construction of Marine Security Guard Residence, Warehouse with vehicle maintenance facility, and Service CAC, and waste water treatment facility, infrastructure to include Asphalt Paved Entrance Ways, Parking Areas and Service Roads, Utility Relocation and tie in to Existing BAS and Water Services, and Landscaping. Responsible to oversee major construction on this occupied Embassy compound to assure that specifications are met, and the projects are built according to contract clauses and conditions.

Work with the client to provide technical direction in construction methods to craft supervisors and foreman to attain required quality assurance and design standards. Supervision in all areas of Construction, Mechanical, Structure, Civil, Electrical, Power generation, Water and Waste water processing facilities. Provide extensive liaison with OBO personnel to support scheduling needs of the occupied Embassy and adherence to security requirements while working to coordinate construction manpower and material procurement to ensure timely project provision.

Cement Production Manager at CIMAF CEMENT MANUFACTURING COMPLANY AT HIND (2015-01 – 2016-12)

As production Manager responsible for quality, safety and cost control for cellular lightweight concrete products (admixtures, concrete, and precast members). The position required overall management and scheduling of personnel, manufacturing activities, and supply inventories.
