Reginald has been involved in various aspects of Geology which include, Mineral Resource Evaluation - Block Modeling (Grade Control and Resource Models), Geological Modeling, Structural Interpretation, Open-Pit Grade Control Practice, Ore/Waste Reconciliation, Sampling, QA/QC and Drilling Projects (DD and RC) over the past 20 Years after graduation from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, School of Mines. Reginald is also a user of Datamine, Vulcan, Minesight, SURPAC, Leapfrog and Snowden Supervisor software in relation to Geological Modeling, Mineral Resource Estimation and Statistical analysis. He has adequate understanding of Geostatistics.
