Lead Frontend Developer (JavaScript & Angular)

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript and Angular to join our team. In this role, you will play a major part in developing high-quality user interfaces that ensure a smooth experience across our product suite. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys addressing complex technical challenges while collaborating closely with a dedicated engineering team.
Responsibilities Gather and discuss requirements, advancing from initial ideas to detailed plans with clearly defined acceptance criteria
Review code to detect potential issues and eliminate code smells or duplication
Create flexible, scalable, and reusable components and features
Improve solutions that are inefficient, slow, or consume excessive resources
Guide fellow team members by recommending more effective, robust, scalable, or reusable approaches
Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality
Present finished work to clients
Deliver estimates for upcoming tasks and initiatives
Split large requirements into smaller, more manageable parts
Adapt swiftly when moving between different contexts and tasks Requirements A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML fundamentals
Comfortable working with CSS, including Flexbox and variables, plus SASS/SCSS features such as mixins and variables
Extensive hands-on background with Angular 17 or newer versions
Working knowledge of Angular Material for UI component development
Exposure to a variety of Angular libraries and their practical applications
Strong grasp of RxJS for handling reactive programming patterns
Background applying NgRx to manage application state
Practical experience integrating HighCharts to visualize data
Experience configuring AG Grid to handle complex data grid requirements
Proven ability to write unit tests for Angular applications using Jasmine and Karma
Comfortable using Git for source control and collaborative development
Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher) Nice to have Experience with Azure DevOps
