Job Title: Python Developer – AI Trainer

Location: Remote (United States)

Job Type: Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Python Developer to collaborate with AI research teams and help train, test, and improve AI models for coding-related tasks. In this role, you’ll combine your software engineering expertise with hands-on experimentation to enhance next-generation AI developer tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize backend systems and APIs using Python.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated code outputs for quality, accuracy, and logic.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and research teams to refine model behavior and development workflows.
  • Provide detailed feedback, test results, and issue reports to improve AI performance.
  • Participate in structured testing cycles to assess how AI impacts coding productivity.
  • Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of AI-driven development tools and automation systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data structures.
  • Experience debugging, optimizing, and validating production-grade code.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience contributing to AI, automation, or developer tooling projects.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts or prompt engineering.
  • Contributions to open-source projects on GitHub or similar platforms.
  • Interest in AI innovation and improving the developer experience.
