PROFILEResults oriented project professional with more than 30 years experience in all facets of project delivery within the mining, refining, power generation and heavy industries. Projects have ranged in size from $100M to $4B and located in countries including Australia, Myanmar, India, Chile, Perú, Colombia and Kazakhstan.

Ability to mould, direct and manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to successfully deliver projects, develop, negotiate contracts and build business relationships to grow business and liaise across multiple business units, customer groups and organisations. I am focused on achieving business commercial and contractual outcomes maintaining a strong focus on relationships, schedule and cost management and do this by direct involvement in the project and undertaking regular customer, vendor and site visits to review progress.

I have an equally strong focus on and support for excellence in health and safety practices and processes to ensure a safe working environment is achieved.

Specific achievements within my career have been: Demonstrated career progression to Senior Project Director and Operations Manager; negotiated and managed many projects from inception through construction to commissioning.

I have delivered projects for multiple commodities including copper, coal, bauxite, aluminium, lithium and other industries.
