Tengo formación en Ingenierìa Civil Mecánica, Ingeniería Civil Estructural y además tengo un Magister en Construction Management.
In possession of a Master Engineering Science degree (majoring in Construction Management), bilingual, with more than 30 years’ experience in the execution of major projects in national and multinational companies in the areas of engineering, procurement and construction. Mr. Aliste has experience in the development of all phases of an EPC/EPCM project, also in personnel training, contract management, project management and Project Risk Management, with abilities to facilitate workshops such as Risk, Value Engineering, Constructability and HAZOP.
Mr. Aliste is well known for being proactive and for introducing innovative ideas in the design of mining projects. Focused in client satisfaction as well as oriented towards results, with strong project management abilities.
Good capacity to form project´s team assuming leadership in multidiscipline groups with considerations for high performance, efficiency and cost effective. Areas of interest are Engineering Design, Contract Administration, Project Risk Analysis, Construction Management and Project Management.
