GoHighLevel Specialist and Website and Funnel Designer. I started on the design side, building websites, landing pages, and funnels, but over time I got more interested in what happens after someone clicks that button or submits that form. Because a beautiful page is great, but if the follow-up is sitting in a spreadsheet somewhere waiting for someone to remember it, we have a problem.

That’s where GoHighLevel comes in. I work on the backend as well, setting up forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows, email and SMS follow-ups, notifications, and automations. I enjoy connecting all those pieces so the customer journey feels seamless and the business owner doesn’t have to manually chase every lead.

One thing I bring to the role is that I don’t look at GHL as a collection of features. I look at the whole process. Where does the lead come from? What happens after they submit a form? What if they don’t book?

Who needs to be notified? What happens after the appointment? Those are the questions I like to solve. I’m also comfortable working independently, troubleshooting when something doesn’t behave as expected, and recommending a better approach when I see one.

And if I need to explain a technical setup, I’ll explain it in plain English rather than making the business owner feel like they accidentally walked into a software engineering meeting. So overall, I’d say my strength is bringing together design, customer journey strategy, and GoHighLevel implementation to build systems that are both functional and easy for the business to manage.

I have experience combining website and funnel design with GoHighLevel CRM and automation setup. I’ve built landing pages, forms, booking systems, pipelines, workflows, email and SMS sequences, notifications, and lead follow-up systems.

I focus on connecting the front end with the backend, so every lead has a clear journey from form submission to booking and follow-up. I also troubleshoot workflows, test automations, organize CRM stages, and recommend improvements when I see opportunities to make a process more efficient.

My strength is understanding both the customer experience and the technical setup behind it.
