BeBee uses Stripe as its payment processor, ensuring secure, PCI-compliant transactions for every purchase.

Credit and Debit Cards

• Other major international cards supported by Stripe

Local Payment Methods

Depending on your country, additional local payment methods may be available at checkout. Stripe automatically presents the options relevant to your region.

BeBee offers pricing in 17+ currencies to make payments convenient worldwide. Supported currencies include:

• USD (US Dollar)
• EUR (Euro)
• GBP (British Pound)
• BRL (Brazilian Real)
• MXN (Mexican Peso)
• COP (Colombian Peso)
• INR (Indian Rupee)
• JPY (Japanese Yen)
• And more

Your currency is determined automatically based on your country. This is part of BeBee's Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) pricing, which adjusts prices across 5 tiers so that premium features remain accessible regardless of where you live.

How to Add or Update a Payment Method

1. Log in to your BeBee account.
2. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing.
3. Under the Payment Method section, click Update.
4. Enter your new card details in the secure Stripe form.
5. Click Save to confirm.

Your new payment method will be used for all future charges. Previous payment methods are automatically removed.

Billing Cycles

BeBee offers two billing options:

• Monthly -- Charged once per month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Annual -- Charged once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
