Responsibilities 1. Telephone receive and transfer correctly, promptly and politely. Provide reception service at front desk by greeting and directing visitors to their destinations. 负责公司前台电话接听与接转;接待来访者,礼貌给予指引 2.

Maintain work environment and facilities. 办公环境与设施维护 3. Stationery/equipment purchasing,payment and maintenance; Good management on vendor supply and price to ensure quality with cost effectiveness. 办公用品、办公设施的采购、支付及管理维护; 良好的供应商供应和价格管理,以确保质量和成本效益。 4. Responsible for payment of rental related fee and daily communication for the company and all branches. 负责公司及所有分支机构房租物业费用支付及日常沟通 5.

Express management, document scan and fax management 物流、信函、文件和传真等收发及文件扫描 6. Flight ticket, train ticket, hotel booking and management (inc1. cost saving options) 订购火车票、飞机票、酒店预订及费用优化 7. Help assist organizing company event and activity(annual meeting, team building,birthday party, etc.). 帮助组织公司相关活动(年会、团建、生日会、下午茶、节日福利等).

  • Admin support to other dept (incl but not limit Visa, invitation letter, residence, new employee on-board and exit process and other related tasks) 行政与HR日常工作支持,包括但不限于签证、邀请信、新员工入职和离职流程等相关支持工作 9. Other responsibilities assigned by line manager. 领导交待的其他工作 Requirements: 1. College degree or above 大专及以上学历; 2. At least one-year related working experience. 一年以上相关工作经验 3. Basic
