岗位职责：

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and intelligent applications to address real-world business needs, including workflow orchestration, task decomposition, tool calling, and state management. 围绕实际业务需求，参与 AI Agent 及智能应用的设计、开发与落地，构建工作流编排、任务分解、工具调用和状态管理等能力。
• Develop a strong understanding of business use cases and contribute to agent architecture design, context management, and execution strategy optimization to improve task completion rates, accuracy, stability, and maintainability. 深入理解业务场景，参与 Agent 架构设计、上下文管理及执行策略优化，持续提升系统的任务完成率、准确性、稳定性与可维护性。
• Develop information retrieval and tool-calling modules for AI agents, integrating with enterprise databases, wikis, knowledge bases, and business systems to support information access, structured outputs, and task execution.

开发 Agent 信息检索与工具调用模块，对接企业级数据库、Wiki、知识库及业务系统，实现信息获取、结构化输出与任务执行。

• Participate in the design and implementation of agent workflows and agent loops. 参与 Agent Workflow / Agent Loop 的设计与实现。
• Collaborate with the team on service development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, including logging and distributed tracing. 配合团队完成服务开发、测试、部署与维护，完善日志记录与链路追踪能力。
• Stay up to date with large language models, agent development tools, and relevant protocols, and help translate promising technologies into practical business solutions. 持续关注并调研大语言模型、Agent 开发工具及相关协议的发展，推动具有实际业务价值的技术方案落地。

Qualification: 任职要求：

• Currently pursuing or holding a master’s degree, preferably in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 硕士研究生在读或已毕业，车辆工程、电子信息、电气自动化、计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先。
• Proficiency in Python and a solid foundation in at least one of C, C++, Java, or TypeScript; strong implementation skills, a grounding in software design, and an understanding of coding standards. 熟练掌握 Python，并具备 C、C++、Java 或 TypeScript 中至少一门语言的扎实基础；具备良好的工程实现能力、软件设计基础和代码规范意识。
• Familiarity with developing and integrating solutions using mainstream agent frameworks. 熟悉主流 Agent 框架的开发与集成。
• Familiarity with the fundamentals and core concepts of large language models (LLMs), and an understanding of how AI agents operate, including model-based decision-making, tool calling, observing results, updating state, and determining when to terminate a task. 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理和核心概念，理解 AI Agent 的基本运行机制，包括模型决策、工具调用、结果观察、状态更新和任务终止等过程。
• Strong problem-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. 具备良好的问题分析、排查与调试能力。
• Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and curiosity about new technologies; clear logical thinking, independent thinking, the ability to synthesize insights, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset. 具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，对新技术保持好奇心；逻辑清晰，善于独立思考、总结和沟通，具有良好的团队协作意识。

Preferred Qualifications/加分项

• Hands-on project experience with AI agents or LLM applications in the automotive domain, including practical deployment and implementation. 具备车辆相关领域的 AI Agent 或大模型应用项目经验，参与过实际部署与落地。
