该职位来源于猎聘 You will develop and operate Agentic AI solutions for the China market, . You turn product requirements into secure, scalable AI services based on local LLMs and compliant with China data regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that can reason, plan multi-step tasks, and call tools/APIs (CRM, e‑commerce, booking, logistics, etc.).
• Integrate and orchestrate local LLMs; design prompts and control flows for safe, brand-aligned behavior.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and RAG pipelines (vector DB, document ingestion, retrieval).
• Contribute to the AI Trustlayer: data residency, access control, logging, content safety, hallucination mitigation.
• Collaborate with product and application teams; ensure quality via testing, monitoring, and metrics.

  Qualifications 1. 4–8+ years software development; 2–3+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM applications.

• Strong backend skills in Python (preferred) or Java/Go/Node.js;

  experience with LLM integration and RAG.

• Familiar with China cloud providers and local LLM ecosystem; basic understanding of PIPL/DSL/CSL.
• Product mindset, strong ownership; fluent Mandarin and good written English.
