• AI Product Architecture Design &
  • Development Led the overall architecture design of the enterprise-wide AI product platform; independently delivered AI product design and development for dedicated business scenarios, and built complex task planning and execution logic. AI产品架构设计与开发: 主导公司级AI产品平台的整体架构设计，独立负责特定业务场景下的AI产品设计与开发，实现复杂的任务规划与执行逻辑

• RAG Architecture Optimization &
  • Knowledge Base Construction Designed and iteratively optimized Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to address challenges including long-text processing and low knowledge retrieval accuracy; took charge of the construction and ongoing maintenance of corporate knowledge bases. RAG架构优化与知识库建设: 设计并优化RAG架构，解决长文本处理、知识召回准确率等问题；负责企业知识库的构建与维护

• AI Tool Integration &
  • API Development Built tool-calling capabilities for AI products, and implemented integration connections between internal enterprise systems and third-party external services. AI工具集成与接口开发: 开发AI产品的工具调用能力，打通企业内部系统与第三方服务的集成对接

• Technical Mentorship &
  • Knowledge Sharing Provided technical guidance for junior and mid-level engineers, conducted code reviews and regular technical sharing sessions, and formulated standardized technical roadmaps for cross-team collaboration on AI products. 技术指导与知识传承: 指导初中级工程师的工作，进行代码审查与技术分享，制定AI产品协作的技术路线

• Education/Knowledgement 教育背景/技术知识 Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related majors 计算机、人工智能相关专业本科及以上学历
• Experience 相关经验 Over 5 years of software development experience: minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in AIGC or NLP;At least 1 year of project or team management experience, with a proven track record of independently delivering end-to-end AI projects
  • Prior experience working on multinational projects or cross-border teams is preferred

5年以上软件开发经验 其中至少2年专注于AIGC或NLP领域;1年以上项目或团队管理经验，独立负责过AI项目实施; 有跨国项目/团队经验优先

• Special Skills or Qualifications特殊技能和其他资质
• Proficient in Python; familiar with at least one additional language among C , C#, Java
• Expertise in large language model technical stacks, deep learning frameworks and AI agent development; skilled in post-training techniques including fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, test-time augmentation, etc.
• Hands-on experience participating in or leading team-based project development
• Strong capability to identify, analyze and resolve technical problems, able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure
• Solid oral and written English communication skills
• With Microsoft Copilot project experience are preferred, covering Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot extension development and related scenarios
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform is a plus
