Responsibilities

• 负责硬件编码器的研发，CModel开发；
• 负责硬件编码器的算法优化；
• 定义和实现硬件编码器新功能；
• 与硬件IP团队合作，进行交叉验证；

Qualifications

• 精通视频编解码标准H.264/H.265/H.266/VP8/VP9/AV1/AVS2/AVS3中的一项或多项标准；
• 有一定的编码器算法优化经验，例如码率控制，质量提升，模式选择等；
• 熟悉视频主客观质量评估算法；
• 熟悉并能灵活应用ffmpeg/x264/x265/LibAOM/SVT-AV1等开源代码；
• 熟练掌握C/C++编程；
• 了解固件和驱动的开发；
• 有独立工作的能力、良好的文档撰写能力和团队合作能力；
