We have operations in the US and Mainland China, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for a Algorithm Engineer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive In-house Innovation: Take full ownership of the end-to-end development of Orka’s proprietary algorithms, from theoretical design to production-ready implementation.
• Develop & Optimize: Build, train, and fine-tune high-performance models, ensuring they are both accurate and efficient in real-world applications.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle "zero-to-one" technical challenges by researching and implementing original algorithmic solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf models.
• Collaborate & Integrate: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to integrate self-developed algorithms into our core systems.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a technical pillar within the team, participating in code reviews and fostering a culture of R&D excellence. What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years of professional experience in algorithm design and implementation.
• Deep proficiency in Python and/or C , with a strong command of modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• A strong background in linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and a passion for building original, high-impact technology.
