Analyst Programmer (Java)

工作职责

This position is to support the IT solutions sector of Innovic Technology Corporation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Telecom Global. The incumbent will be offered a 1-Year renewable contract and the employment contract will be signed with Innovic's trusted agency partner. 本岗位为中国电信国际有限公司全资子公司翼威科技有限公司的 IT 解决方案事业部提供支持。该岗位将签订一年期可续签合同，劳动合同是與翼威合作的正规人力资源机构签署。 1、Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications;

2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features;

3、Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;

4、Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and software defects;

5、Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation standards. 1、负责高质量 Java 应用程序的设计、开发与维护；

2、协同跨职能团队，完成新功能的需求梳理、方案设计与落地交付；

3、保障应用程序运行性能、交付质量与响应稳定性；

4、排查、定位并解决系统性能瓶颈及各类软件故障问题；

5、严格执行代码规范，持续优化代码质量、项目架构及自动化标准。

任职要求

1、Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;

2、Minimum 3 years' experience in the IT industry, solid experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/MyBatis) is an advantage;

3、Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and Proficiency in Vue.js and its core principles;

4、Basic Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, Redis);

5、Experience with RESTful APIs; familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred;

6、Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin). 1、计算机科学及相关专业，高级文凭及以上学历；

2、具备 3 年及以上 IT 行业从业经验，熟练掌握 Java 开发技术栈（Spring Boot、Spring 框架、Hibernate/MyBatis）者优先；

3、扎实掌握 JavaScript、HTML5、CSS3 基础技术，精通 Vue.js 框架及核心原理；4、具备关系型与非关系型数据库基础应用能力（MySQL、MariaDB、Redis）；

5、熟悉 RESTful 接口开发规范，了解微服务架构，掌握 AWS、Azure、GCP 主流云平台者优先；

6、中英文读写流利、口语沟通顺畅，熟练掌握粤语及普通话。
