Principal Accountabilities and key competencies:

• Administer of accounts payable transactions and accounting treatments
• Process 3 way matching, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Responsible for inter-company statements and discrepancies investigation
• Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Responsible for preparing AP related analysis reports as directed by the GBS Manager.
• Assist with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assist with other tasks as needed General Accountabilities
• Always act in accordance with the company quality requirements and policies and the company environmental policies, follow company instructions. Take all possible care of own safety and health.
• Keep the workplace and equipment tidy and safe in accordance with 5S
• Active approach to training, self-education and qualification broadening
