软件工程师（APP）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1、负责公司 Android、iOS 双端原生 APP 开发、版本迭代、机型适配、性能调优与线上问题治理，落地技术方案，统一团队编码规范； 2、核心负责 RTOS 实时操作系统应用开发、任务调度适配、软硬件联调、系统功能迭代与性能优化，解决嵌入式实时系统运行异常、兼容性及稳定性问题； 3、独立完成嵌入式及移动端模块架构设计、开发自测与版本发布，参与技术评审、架构升级与通用组件封装沉淀； 4、熟练使用 AI 工具赋能研发，利用 Claude Code、Codex、github 等工具完成代码开发、工程治理、性能调优、内存管理、bug 排查、代码重构与技术文档编写，持续提升团队研发效率与代码质量。 任职要求 1、5 年及以上软件开发经验，具备扎实的编程基础与工程能力；熟悉 RTOS 实时操作系统，具备丰富的 RTOS 任务调度、线程管理、资源适配、软硬件联调、系统稳定性优化实战经验； 2、熟练双端原生开发：Android 精通 Java/Kotlin，熟悉 MVVM、组件化、内存治理、崩溃与卡顿优化；iOS 精通 Swift，熟悉原生组件开发、系统权限管理、App 打包与上架全流程； 3、熟悉常用网络通信、数据加密、本地存储、多线程并发技术，具备独立方案设计与复杂疑难问题排查能力； 4、具备良好的专业英语能力，可独立阅读英文技术文档、参与英文会议、输出英文技术资料； 5、精通 AI 辅助开发流程，熟练使用 Github、 Codex、Claude Code等主流研发 AI 工具，能够借助 AI 完成工程开发、内存优化、性能调优、代码纠错、工程治理、漏洞修复，具备 AI 驱动开发的工作思维与落地经验； 6、编码规范良好，工程思维扎实，可独立承担 移动端 RTOS 嵌入式 复合型研发工作。 Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for native Android & iOS application development, version iteration, device compatibility adaptation, performance tuning and online issue troubleshooting, and enforce unified team coding standards.
• Take core ownership of RTOS real-time operating system application development, task scheduling configuration, software and hardware joint debugging, system feature iteration and stability optimization, and resolve RTOS runtime exceptions and compatibility defects.
• Independently complete module architecture design, development, self-test and release for both mobile and embedded modules, and participate in technical review, architecture upgrade and reusable component accumulation.
• Empower daily development with AI tools.

  Utilize Claude

  Code、Codex、github and other AI development platforms to implement coding, engineering governance, performance tuning, memory optimization, issue debugging, code refactoring and technical documentation delivery. Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Solid hands-on experience in RTOS task scheduling, thread management, resource coordination and embedded system stability tuning.
• Proficient in native mobile development: skilled in Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS), familiar with MVVM, componentization, memory optimization, ANR/crash troubleshooting, system permission management and official app release workflow.
• Familiar with network communication, data encryption, local storage and multi-thread concurrency, capable of independent technical solution design and complex problem diagnosis.
• Good technical English skills. Able to read English technical documentation, attend English-speaking meetings and deliver technical documents in English.
• Experienced in AI-driven software development. Proficient with mainstream AI tools including Github、 Codex, Claude Code. Candidates must be capable of leveraging AI to accomplish end-to-end engineering work, including product development, memory management, performance optimization, code debugging, engineering standardization and vulnerability remediation.
• Strict coding discipline and solid engineering mindset, capable of cross-domain development covering mobile application and RTOS embedded system.
