Application Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 SUMMARY: Supply technical supports to Sales on Projects and work with sales team together to follow up project sales strategy and sales metrics.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• According to project technical specification, communicate with Sales / RSM / PSM / BLM / Crane Site / outsourcing supplier to finalize the technical proposal;
• Support the sales on technical communication with customers;
• Confirm the quotation and commercial items, prepare the technical bidding documents, and assist sales on technical clarification;
• Timely update project information in Crane Quote System and contract information in order management system;
• Place the order to Crane site according to final contract after checking the technical conditions and commercial terms, and be in charge of communication with sites about technical problems if needs;
• Hand over the contracts to Logistics Rep. to implement.
• For identified globe account customer, own fully responsibility of order execution till goods deliver and payment collection. Give communication support to customer project team directly. Collect project installation information and hand over to related MRO sales after project order shipment and payment collections.
• Support the coordination with customer project team, if any after sales service technical issue.
• Attend weekly meeting with site and monitor weekly update. Highlight key point and report to Insider Sales Manager.
• Timely update order information in QAD.
• Work with Logistics Rep. to contract implement. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years’ experience of order following up, execution, coordinate with site and customer for supporting the delivery.
• 2 years’ experience of supplier coordination, order execution status verification and scheduling reporting.
• Self-motivated, very good command of interpersonal skills and persuading skills
• Strong oral and written English language skill.
• Process driven.
