仿真应用工程师 Application Engineer

岗位职责Job Responsibilities • 负责使用仿真工具对产品进行结构分析，以优化设计并确保其满足性能标准； • Be responsible for using simulation tools to conduct structural analysis of products to optimize design and ensure they meet performance standards; • 参与产品开发过程中的结构设计阶段，提供仿真支持，包括但不限于强度、刚度、振动及热分析等； • Participate in the structural design stage of the product development process, provide simulation support, including but not limited to strength, stiffness, vibration and thermal analysis; • 根据仿真结果，与设计团队紧密合作，调整产品设计，解决潜在问题，提高产品质量； • According to the simulation results, cooperate closely with the design team to adjust product design, solve potential problems and improve product quality; • 编写技术报告，记录仿真过程、结果以及建议改进措施； • Compile technical reports to record the simulation process, results and suggested improvement measures; • 研究行业新技术，不断探索和引入新的仿真技术和方法，提升仿真效率和准确性； • Research new industry technologies, continuously explore and introduce new simulation technologies and methods to improve simulation efficiency and accuracy; • 参与跨部门项目会议，提供专业意见，支持产品从概念到量产的全过程。 • Participate in cross-departmental project meetings, provide professional opinions, and support the entire process of products from concept to mass production.

任职要求 Job Requirements • 机械等专业硕士学历，有相关工作经验者优先； • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majors, with relevant work experience preferred; • 具备扎实的力学基础知识，了解材料特性及结构行为； • Possess solid basic knowledge of mechanics and an understanding of material properties and structural behavior; • 强烈的责任心和良好的团队协作能力，能够有效沟通复杂的技术问题； • Strong sense of responsibility and good team collaboration ability, able to effectively communicate complex technical issues; • 良好的问题解决能力和创新思维，能独立完成仿真任务并提出优化方案； • Good problem-solving ability and innovative thinking, able to independently complete simulation tasks and put forward optimization schemes; • 英语读写流利，具备基本的英语听说能力者优先。 • Fluent in English reading and writing, with basic English listening and speaking skills preferred.
