About the Company A Data Center conglomerate is currently looking for multiple vacancies for Testing and Commissioning Manager / MEP Engineers to support their DC project in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Responsibilities Reporting to the Project Head, you are expected to oversee testing and commissioning strategy, planning and execution for the project.
Responsibilities
- Review installation status, pre-commissioning readiness, test prerequisites, authority requirements and access arrangements before formal testing activities.
- Carry out and manage and monitor the testing and commissioning programme, method statements, trackers, readiness plans and reporting workflow.
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, commissioning agents and client teams on testing sequence, witness inspections, hold points and issue resolution.
- Lead and work with planning and project teams to align commissioning milestones with construction progress, energization, phased turnover and client operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
- 8 years of experience with data centre, mission critical or large-scale MEP projects.
Required Skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability understanding of electrical, MVAC, fire services, ELV and related system interface.
- Experience with O&M manual close-out, training coordination and asset handover requirements.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
