裕力富食品(上海)有限公司职责描述: 1.Achieve the sales target in region完成公司下达的销售目标; 2.According to the company's sales strategy, through effective data analysis and the understanding of the local market, plan the business in this area, and formulate the annual / quarterly / monthly business promotion plan根据公司销售策略,通过有效的数据分析和基于对当地市场的了解,对本区业务进行规划,制定年度/季度/月度业务推进计划; 3.Develop and manage regional distributors, assist distributors to build distribution network and plan sales activities区域经销商开发及管理,协助经销商布建分销网络及规划销售活动计划; 4.Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of regional sales forecast保证区域销售预估及时性与准确性; 5.Ensure the implementation of market activities in the region, summarize the implementation effect and improve in time确保市场活动在区域的执行,并总结执行效果,及时改善; 6.Manage and control the sales budget, maximize the use of sales expenses and resources in the channel, and improve the efficiency of expense use管理和控制销售预算,使销售费用及资源在渠道得以***化利用,提升费用使用效率; 7.Visit key customers (dealers / retail customers) regularly, review and summarize Business Quarterly / semiannually, and establish strategic cooperation relationship with key customers定期拜访重点客户(经销商/零售客户),季度/半年度进行业务回顾和总结,与重点客户建立战略合作关系; 8.Manage the sales team, stimulate the potential of the sales staff, coach the subordinates regularly, and help improve the team's business skills管理销售团队,激发销售人员潜力,定期辅导下属,帮助提升团队业务技能; 9.According to the company's management requirements, standardize the sales team's behavior, establish positive values, and help the company establish a good brand image in the market根据公司管理要求,规范销售团队行为,建立积极正向价值观,帮助公司在市场上树立良好品牌形象。 任职要求: 1.College degree or above, practical experience in FMCG project management and marketing, proficient in using computer大专及以上学历,快消品项目管理营销实战经验,能熟练使用电脑; 2.At least 5 years working experience in FMCG industry, 3 years sales manager experience and dealer management experience至少五年以上快消品行业从业经验,三年以上销售经理经验及经销商管理经验; 3.Familiar with and effective analysis of the company and market situation, be able to adjust and control regional sales activities according to the market situation熟悉及有效分析公司及市场现状,能针对市场状况调控负责区域销售活动; 4.Master the related marketing knowledge and development trend of FMCG掌握相关的快消品市场营销知识及进展动态; 5.Guide and evaluate the team, and take the target performance as the guide引导及评估团队,以目标绩效为导向; 6.Leadership, training and internal coordination can effectively motivate the team and provide development 7.opportunities for team members领导、培训、内部协调能力能有效激励团队,为团队成员提供发展机会; 8.Comprehensive analysis ability, strong understanding, judgment and communication ability综合分析能力,较强理解、判断及沟通能力。
