• Act as customer interface; align internal/external parties to deliver project milestones on schedule.
• Manage engineering change process and achieve target CM improvement.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with timely, full response to inquiries/quality issues.
• Support quoting before NBA (New Business Award).
• Partner with Launch Manager post-NBA for smooth program launch.
• Lead product development as customer interface; coordinate
• PD/design/BM for timely approvals.
• Meet key program dates, especially sample submission and product approval.
• Track and close open issues on time.
• Collaborate with Business Manager to optimize CM via engineering/launch changes, meeting cost/margin targets.

  Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive component program/engineering roles; interior experience preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge; familiar with TS16949/PPAP/APQP quality systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer tools (esp. Excel & PowerPoint).
