该职位来源于猎聘 Major Tasks 1．Partner with business users, IT groups and vendors to develop and setup the backend systems with its required middlewares for CRC, including Racing Data Hub, Racing Customer Product, Reward Engine, CRM, Business Workflow Engine (n8n), Racing Squad Management System and CDP Marketing Automation 2．Work with a team of software engineers, offshore resources and external resources to accomplish development tasks as defined in the PDLC under the supervision of project managers / development manager. 3．Work with business users to document requirements, prepare specifications and resolve any requirement & technical issue. . 4．Work with architecture / infrastructure team to perform technical design and construction 5．Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release. 6．Conduct design & code review to ensure quality of software deliverables 7．Prepare and review design and implementation documents according to Club’s Product Development Life Cycle to ensure business, technical and operational requirements are met. 8．Provide support during system integration test, system assurance test and user acceptance test. 9．Assist IT operations team to perform software installation and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in managing projects and leading a team of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions and provide system support
- With solid technical know-how in Cloud Services (e.g.
Tencent
Cloud), Kubernetes,
Dockers, Micro-Services, server operation systems, virtualization, storage, database, middleware, network technology and etc.
- Experience in managing vendor development teams.
- Solid experience in development using C# /.NET Core / Java
- Extensive experience in both RDBMS and NoSQL, particularly with PostgreSQL and
Redis development
- Solid experience in large-scale System Integration using API, JMS and container services on cloud environments
- Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions is preferred
- Experience with Neo CRM, n8n Workflow Engine is preferred
- Knowledge of XML and JSON schema design and usage is preferred
- Familiarity with Tencent Cloud deployment is preferred
- Experience in database design and performance tuning is preferred
- Proficient with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Proven record of implementing large scale IT infrastructure projects
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving project environment
- Strong problem determination and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent team player with a strong sense of cooperation, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at various levels in a complex environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, decisive, independent, and flexible are essential
