• Project leader and owner for internal and customer transferation.
• Manage cross-functional team(CFT) to meet project milestone.
• Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and leading team to complete all preparation work for build to meet/exceed required delivery quantity, schedule & cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional team(CFT) in problem sloving, and drive yield, efficiency, and qualify improvment.
• Involve in ESI process, to work closely with customer in design concept/ prototype phases to review design, quality and process items.
• Facilitate project launching to mass production at target yield and efficiency.
• Host customer visits and manage working relationship well.
• Report to Sr Program manager and

Director on project details and escalate if issues are not resolved in time.

• Oversee and minimize HUB inventories. Job Requirements：
• BA/BS degree or above in engineering or business. 2. 5 years minimum program management experience.
• Strong in technical/engineering skills.
• Strong in leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skill and ability to build good relationship.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a highly technical environment.
• Strong attention in details.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking.
• Strong stress management.
• Six Sigma Black belt desirable
• Prefer with understanding of APQP, FEMA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
• Prefer with understanding of IECQ
