Track cutting-edge algorithm theories, develop high-value optical algorithms, and enhance the company’s core competitiveness through technological innovation. Assist in training team members.
Study and Research – 10% Research new alignment and coupling algorithms for various optical components. Support and Collaboration – 10% Provide on-site support for troubleshooting algorithm anomalies. Collaborate with mechanical/optical/electrical engineers and other team members to deploy automation.
Documentation – 10% Draft automation technical reports or white papers as required.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree from a 985/211 university, majoring in Optical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields; PhD preferred. Solid mathematical and physical foundation; familiar with geometric optics, Fourier optics, and numerical optimization;
experience in global optimization/search algorithm development preferred. Proficient in C/C++/Python; familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow);
experience in converting models to ONNX/TensorRT or inference frameworks preferred. Strong learning ability, high autonomy, and stable mentality prefer.
Experience in automated equipment development preferred.
