• Own new supplier acquisition targets and develop qualified factories, manufacturers and traders based on monthly business goals.
• Deep dive into the supply chain to identify competitive suppliers and products with strong pricing, differentiation and supply potential.
• Drive end-to-end supplier onboarding, from sourcing and negotiation to contracting and product listing, ensuring fast and effective activation.
• Understand supplier needs and pain points, collaborate with internal teams to solve issues, and drive problems to closure with strong ownership. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1+ years of experience in supplier acquisition, sourcing, procurement or supply chain development.
• Strong result orientation and execution, with the ability to own monthly acquisition and supply targets and deliver results.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to independently develop and manage suppliers.
• Highly self-driven with strong ownership, adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to explore new supply sources.
• Proficiency in Hokkien is a plus.
