This role bridges finance and business operations, focusing on revenue & receivables management, operational financial risk control, profitability analysis, and process optimization. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive financial standardization, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Business Financial Management &
  • Receivables Control Oversee end-to-end financial operation management including customer invoicing, account reconciliation, payment collection and account maintenance. Develop and execute standardized collection strategies, monitor accounts receivable aging status dynamically, effectively reduce overdue receivables, optimize corporate cash flow and working capital turnover.

• Financial Analysis &
  • Risk Management Conduct in-depth financial data analysis covering revenue, receivables, business cost and profitability indicators. Identify potential operational and financial risks, sort out existing business pain points, and deliver actionable optimization suggestions and improvement plans to support business decision-making.

• Cross-functional Business Collaboration Act as the key financial partner for sales, customer service and internal finance teams. Efficiently coordinate and resolve customer billing discrepancies, account disputes and daily financial operational issues. Align financial rules with business scenarios to balance compliance and business flexibility.
• Financial Reporting &
  • Business Insight Output Prepare and deliver regular financial analysis reports, aging analysis reports, business profitability reports and management review materials. Sort out business financial data regularly, output professional financial insights, and assist management in grasping business operating conditions.

• Process Optimization &
  • Compliance Management Sort out and optimize financial and business operation processes continuously, improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial work. Ensure all financial and business related activities comply with company policies, accounting standards and relevant industry regulatory requirements.

• Customer Relationship &
  • Business Efficiency Improvement Maintain good communication and cooperative relationships with customers, standardize customer financial management processes, improve customer satisfaction, and accelerate customer payment efficiency and capital recovery speed.

• Team Management &
  • Talent Development Lead and manage the finance operation team, provide professional training and daily business coaching for team members, conduct regular performance evaluation, and drive team capability improvement and standardized operation. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive financial working experience in multinational or large-scale enterprises, with at least 3 years of team management experience;

  experience in financial BP, receivables management or business finance roles is preferred.

• Proficient in accounting standards, financial compliance requirements and end-to-end business financial management processes, with solid business financial analysis and risk control capabilities.
• Skilled in using mainstream financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel data processing and analysis skills.
• Possess excellent business insight, data analysis, problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities, able to accurately identify business risks and optimization opportunities.
• Outstanding cross-departmental communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, capable of efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership, team management and overall planning abilities, able to drive team performance and process iteration.
• Meticulous, rigorous and responsible working attitude, able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work results.
• Good English reading and writing skills, proficient in business English communication is highly preferred.
