Responsibilities • Design and build advanced web applications for the OneSource platform • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features • Write unit tests to ensure robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability • Resolve bugs and continuously improve application performance • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency • Contribute to design decisions and technical discussions Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of web development experience with proven track record of building web applications • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (ASP.NET Core, Web API) • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, OO principles, Design Patterns, HTTP, Clean Architecture, Clean Code • Experience with MS SQL, Postgres SQL, and Entity Framework • Familiar with Scrum development process • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently • Willing to continuously learn new technologies • Good English skills Preferred Characteristics • Experience with microservice architecture (Docker, Redis, Rabbit MQ, API Gateway) • Experience with AWS platform • Experience with Linux • Experience with AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) • Experience in an international work environment
