• According to the simulation analysis specification, combined with the vehicle sub-system (Body, Chassis, etc.) design and performance requirements, establish passenger protection simulation analysis model, and perform passenger protection safety analysis.
• Have the ability to independently complete the simulation work of passenger protection in various working conditions of the collision.
• Have the ability of modelling, debugging and simulation analysis of passenger protection simulation.
• Respond quickly to the simulation needs of subsystem performance tests and manufacturing problems, and provide passenger protection safety solutions.
• Have the ability to check and debug the model, can independently complete the analysis and output reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor and above degree in engineering or equivalent;
• Possess good system understanding knowledge in passive safety;
• At least 1-3 years of experience in passive safety product development with Tier 1 or OEM;
• Knowledge in solver such as Pamcrash, Nastran, Open FOAM;
• Knowledge in pre/post processor such as ANSA or Animator;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Advanced in English, preferably German or Spanish;
