Position Summary 职位概述 We are seeking a highly experienced Suspension Damping Control Solenoid Technical Expert to lead the development and technical advancement of solenoid valves for continuously controlled damping systems. 我们正在招聘一名资深悬架阻尼控制（Suspension Damping Control）电磁阀技术专家，负责连续可调阻尼系统中电磁阀产品的开发及技术升级工作。 This role will serve as the technical authority for resolving complex Suspension Damping Control solenoid, damper system, and vehicle performance challenges. 该职位将作为悬架阻尼控制电磁阀、减振器系统及整车性能问题的技术权威，主导复杂技术问题的分析与解决。 The successful candidate will also lead the development of next-generation Suspension Damping Control solenoids aligned with evolving customer needs and market trends. 同时，候选人将负责下一代悬架阻尼控制电磁阀技术开发，以满足不断演进的客户需求和市场发展趋势。 The position requires deep technical expertise in Suspension Damping Control solenoids, damper systems, and vehicle-level tuning, combined with strong problem-solving capability, customer orientation, and cross-functional leadership. 该岗位要求候选人具备深厚的悬架阻尼控制电磁阀、减振器系统及整车调校技术背景，同时具备优秀的问题解决能力、客户导向意识及跨职能领导力。 Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 主要职责 Lead the design and development of Suspension Damping Control solenoid valves, covering electromagnetic, mechanical, hydraulic, and system-level performance. 主导悬架阻尼控制电磁阀产品设计与开发，涵盖电磁设计、机械结构设计、液压设计以及系统级性能开发。 Act as the technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex Suspension Damping Control valve issues, damper system issues, and vehicle performance challenges. 作为技术专家，负责复杂悬架阻尼控制电磁阀问题、减振器系统问题及整车性能问题的诊断与解决。 Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for critical customer, validation, manufacturing, and field issues using structured problem-solving methodologies. 采用结构化问题分析方法，主导客户投诉、验证测试、生产制造及市场反馈中的重大问题根因分析和改进措施制定。 Support damper-level and vehicle-level tuning to achieve targeted ride comfort, handling, body control, and overall system performance. 支持减振器级及整车级调校工作，实现目标舒适性、操控性、车身控制性能及系统性能指标。 Define performance requirements based on damper characteristics, vehicle dynamics targets, and customer application needs. 根据减振器特性、车辆动力学目标及客户应用需求制定电磁阀性能要求。 Lead development of next-generation Suspension Damping Control valve technologies. 主导下一代悬架阻尼控制电磁阀技术开发，提高产品性能、可靠性、成本竞争力及应用灵活性。 Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, competitor technologies, and future suspension architectures. 跟踪市场趋势、客户产品规划、竞争对手技术及未来悬架架构发展方向，发掘新产品机会。 Conduct engineering analysis through calculation, simulation, tolerance analysis, design validation, and physical testing. 通过理论计算、仿真分析、公差分析、设计验证及物理测试开展工程技术分析工作。 Lead DFMEA, design reviews, risk assessments, drawing releases, and specification development. 主导DFMEA、设计评审、风险分析、工程图纸发布及技术规范制定。 Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, testing, and global engineering teams. 与客户、供应商、制造、质量、测试以及全球研发团队密切合作，推动产品全生命周期管理。 Mentor engineers and establish reusable technical knowledge systems. 指导工程师成长，建立设计标准、技术规范、问题解决方法及悬架阻尼控制技术知识库。 Safety 安全职责 Adhere to BorgWarner safety policies and procedures. 遵守博格华纳安全政策、规范及相关培训要求，正确使用规定的安全设备、防护用品及工具。 Promote accident and illness prevention. 持续关注并推动安全生产，采取合理预防措施保护自身及同事安全。 Report all safety incidents and hazards. 及时向主管报告所有伤害事故、潜在危险情况、异常事件及安全隐患。 Fulfill EHS responsibilities. 履行环境、健康与安全（EHS）相关职责要求。 Requirements / Qualifications 任职要求 Master's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, Mechatronics, Electromagnetics, or related disciplines. 汽车工程、机械工程、流体传动、机电一体化、电磁学或相关专业硕士及以上学历。 Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience. 8年以上相关工程经验，具备悬架阻尼控制电磁阀或电子控制减振器开发经验。 Deep understanding of electromagnetic design, hydraulic valve design, damping force generation, fluid dynamics, and valve-damper interaction. 深入理解电磁设计、液压阀设计、阻尼力形成机理、流体动力学以及阀体与减振器之间的耦合关系。 Proven ability to independently solve complex system issues. 能够独立分析并解决复杂电磁阀及减振器系统问题。 Practical experience in damper tuning, vehicle evaluation, ride & handling development, or vehicle calibration. 具备减振器调校、整车评价、Ride & Handling开发或整车标定经验。 Strong knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, tolerance analysis, root cause analysis, and 8D methodology. 熟悉DFMEA、DVP&R、公差分析、根因分析及8D问题解决方法。 Experience with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. 具备与汽车OEM及一级供应商（Tier 1）直接合作经验。 Strong market awareness. 具备良好的市场敏锐度，能够将客户需求及行业技术趋势转化为产品开发方向。 Excellent leadership and communication skills. 具备优秀的技术领导力、沟通能力、演讲能力及跨团队协作能力。 Fluent English communication. 具备流利的英语沟通能力，可胜任客户沟通及全球团队合作。
