Brief description of the position: Lead cell development on technical level as BTV and work with project team members from concept, strategy, and development till mass production. Coordinate and communicate with the project coordinator to guarantee on-time delivery. Ensure the internal process conformity.

Key Tasks: Lead technical cell development in cell development to ensure project milestones (BTV role). Status and problem reporting/escalation through all levels (engineering and management) . lanning in case of technical product issues. Risk management for critical issue from internal and external stakeholders.

Initiate and supprt task force in case of critical issue if necessary. Monitor task assigned from project leader or the project steering committee and track status in a transparent and effective way. th key milestones and stakeholder alignment. Enhance transformation of partner's processes to fulfill VW (automotive) standards in terms of supplier qualification process (e.g. process standards, PEP).

Ensuring budget for the project cluster and presenting budget requests to approval board. Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder. Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills required for the position: MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability, Ph.D is a plus. Knowledge, skills and others: Open and willingness to take high pressure Strong problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
