• Material development responsibilities with the following tasks 1.) Establish and optimize epoxy resin formulation for processing; 2.) Collect, test, evaluate functional output from formulation and process effectiveness; 3.) Set up standard procedure for formulation build-up;
• Set up and run prototype of material build up; 5.) Set up and upgrade chemical formulation
• Work with product development engineers to continuously optimize process parameters for applications;
• Provide training of chemical / polymerization knowledge timely to product and process development team.
• Continuously follow up industry trend of glass fiber related formulation, especially for environmentally friendly resource and processes.
• Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI & Volume Manufacture transition.
• Ensure technical documentation is established and maintained. Qualification:
• Master degree , major in Polymer Chemistry and chemical relative.
• 7 years experience and 3 years at least in R&D/NPI epoxy resin based chemical industry.
• Experience of epoxy resin formulation development for glass fiber material application
• Experience with decorative application process will be preferred.
• Knowledge in electronics products reliability tests specification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication
• Good analyzing and scientific appraising skills;
• Strong communication & project management skills.
