24X7岗位描述 - Be responsible for cloud solutions 24×7 operation and maintenance ensuring that the system is stable at all times; 负责云服务24×7运维， 维护系统稳定； - Be responsible for event processing and problem handling of process; 负责流程化的事件处理和问题处理； - Be responsible for emergency handling, cross-departmental and cross-regional communication to and coordination of all parties affected and involved to resolve the problem; summarize on a technical level after the fact; 负责紧急事件处理，进行跨部门跨地域的沟通协调， 配合各方解决问题，并在事后进行技术层面上的归纳总结； - Continuous improvement, Improve the stability of the cloud solutions, more efficient and faster processing of events. 持续改进， 提高云服务的稳定性，更高效更快速的处理事件。 Job Requirements (E2 cloud engineer) 岗位要求 · 3+ years’ of related professional experience; 3年以上相关领域工作经验; · Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science; 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； · Clear and logical thinking, have good communication skills; 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的交流沟通能力； · Strong problem analysis and processing capabilities; 具备较强的问题分析和处理能力； · Good written and verbal communication skills in English; 良好的英文书面及口头表达能力； · Familiar with Unix/Linux system operations and understand the principles of modern operating systems; 熟练掌握Unix/Linux系统操作，了解现代操作系统原理； · Have solid programming skills and be proficient in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc. 具备扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如Go， Java， JavaScript， Ruby， Python等； · Skilled in using multiple relational databases, and have knowledge of big data; 能够熟练使用多种关系数据库， 并具备大数据相关知识； · Familiar with version management tools and their toolchains, Git, Gerrit; 熟练掌握版本管理工具及其工具链， Git， Gerrit； · Cloud and/or ITIL certification (priority) 有云认证和/或ITIL认证(优先考虑)； · Experience with basic network knowledge and troubleshooting (priority); 具备基础网络知识和故障处理的相关经验(优先考虑)； · Familiar with distributed systems and container technologies (priority); 熟悉分布式系统和容器技术(优先考虑)； · With Neo, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes related experience (priority). 具备Neo， OpenStack， Cloud Foundry或Kubernetes相关经验(优先考虑)。
