CMF Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 GN Audio is a world leading intelligent audio solution provider, CMF Engineer plays an active role in product development and CMF technology and strategy in a multi-national environment. Work on product, mechanical and packaging parts CMF development with R&D, Marketing, ID and other function, feedback manufacturability to ensure CMF specification and expectation are optimized for mass production. Manage CMF library, including material, logo, color, texture and different visual effect.

Involve in CMF technology project with material supplier (T3), T2 and GNA project team. Work with Marketing, ID, Quality and R&D on CMF criteria supporting by Golden and limit samples, such as Color, Glossy and texture, make sure GNA internally and suppliers fully align on CMF requirement or acceptable criteria.

Limit samples represent reasonable yield, capacity, and industry best practice.

Provide CMF guidance or technical support to key stakeholders. Escalation window for CMF deviation during NPI and MP in suppliers, such as T1 &T2. Good engineering education background with collaboration skills and a creative mind

• Industry Design, Engineering, or mechanical engineering background.
• About 2 years CMF engineering or designer experience in consumer product industry.
• Basic material knowledge of plastic, metal, textile, and package components.
• Basic process knowledge of printing, NCVM, PVD, anodizing, painting, and moulding...
• Evidence-based decision making and problem-solving skill.
• Basic project management skills, supplier management skill, ISO9001…
• Team work and open mindset towards ”customers” and colleagues, focus on team results by working professional with GNA colleagues and suppliers.
• Good communication skill, able to work effectively in organisation with many interfaces internally and externally.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English Location, Shenzhen, Guangdong, PRC
