Responsibilities Ensure the stability of production process and yield -30%

• Pre-check the production plan of the machine in charge on time. If there is any process change, it should be carried out according to PCN specification to ensure that the process parameters of each run are correct.
• Check and judge whether the production process of the responsible coaters is normal according to the daily production report and quality data. In case of abnormality, we should respond quickly, conduct FEMA analysis, take relevant improvement measures to control and eliminate the abnormality.
• Coordination and cooperation with the production and equipment team of the Department should be done to solve the special abnormalities and problems related to equipment/production/process efficiently and quickly. New product’ process development -20%
• Review the order from the customer through sales department or network, understand the customer’s requirement, provide feasible process plans and cost information.
• Film design, process parameters setting, production process cards and coating’s ME list are made for new products, and test run is arranged to ensure that the coating SPEC of new products are qualified.
• Cooperate with tooling engineer to determine fixture design and check key sizes. Process improvement -20%
• Summarize the problems in daily work through daily reports, weekly reports, etc., and formulate plans to track and resolve them
• Improve the processing capability through the optimization of the design, the process parameter, tooling optimization, etc.
• Implement continuous improvement to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Cost down through process optimization Finish special technology projects and key work -10%
• Actively carry out the process project or key work as planned, regularly report the progress and the next action plan to the supervisor, and provide a summary report when the project is completed; Implementation and management of process standardization -10%
• Formulate standard operating procedures and related process specifications, so that production operations and process control have clear specifications and standards
• Strictly implement process specifications and issue process instructions according to the standard process, such as PCN process for design and parameter changes
• To inspect and supervise the implementation of operation specifications and process parameters and feedback them to production managers Responsible for training -10%
• In accordance with the requirements of the training plan, responsible for the training of production operators' skills and techniques.
• Responsible for the guidance and training of technicians Education & Experience
• College graduation with bachelor's degree or above
• Major in Physics, Optics or related Science and Engineering
• One or more years’ experience of optical coating/thin film deposition process.
• Experience and knowledge of high vacuum systems, Evaporation/ IAD /IBS /Magnetron Sputtering technology, Crystal and Optical control for film thickness
• Experience in process improvement and process problem solving
• Proven track record of continuous improvement Skills & Other Requirements
• Good in Office or other data analysis tools
• Be skilled in at least one of film design software(Tfcalc/Macleod/Optilayer)
• Ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems, with innovative ideas and strong sense of team assistance.
