采购经理（电子料）Commodity Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Role Purpose The Commodity Manager Electronics drives all necessary actions to achieve the best supplier cost, quality and delivery performance by managing globally the supplier relationship. Drive commodity strategy execution and negotiations with assigned suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement commodity strategy and supplier panel
• Drive benchmark activities within commodity
• Scout the market and manage introduction of new suppliers and new technologies
• Lead negotiations and recharge COPQ with assigned suppliers
• Ensure all applicable contracts are signed by assigned suppliers
• Identify and lead cost saving initiatives at assigned suppliers
• Support other functions with commodity expertise
• Support other functions when problem solving cannot be handled at their stage (e.g. for NPD, quality, shortages)
• Coordinate supplier phase out process and transfers

Manage supplier tools replacement

• Lead QBR process with assigned suppliers
• Manage purchasing data in SAP
• Ensure shortest possible supplier and procurement lead time
• Anticipate commodity risks and set preventive actions Key Requirements

Direct materials cost saving

• Supplier quality performance (PPM and criticality)
• Supplier delivery performance (# of shortages, OTD and lead time)

Supplier strategy implementation

Supplier contractual coverage
