Commodity Manager 采购经理

该职位来源于猎聘 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Identify suppliers and lead and/or support qualification, development, supervision, auditing and contract negotiations in close cooperation with colleagues in China, Europe and Americas.
• Lead and/or support negotiations with the main suppliers and challengers.
• Task involves both intense travelling as well as contractual work in the office securing cost-, quality-, logistics- and innovation targets.
• Conduct the assessment of the supply market and the competitive environment in which the suppliers operate. Apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.
• Implement processes for supplier identification/evaluation/qualifications and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships (supplier location, audit, RFQ, trial order, qualification).
• Work with CT, VT, and CHEM to get familiar with our specs and requirements, and help suppliers to understand our knowhow.
• Provide professional supplier market trend analysis for key cost articles
• Responsible for related localization projects to support material and market strategy
• Support Corporate Procurement and Sourcing Strategy
• Support REHAU Purchasing network in developing & managing Asia suppliers
• Comply with all REHAU Purchasing RRP related Principle and Policy
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

  REQUIREMENTS 1) EDUCATION Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• At least total 10 years or above experience in sourcing or sales in Asia-Pacific of relevant materials (PP, PERT, HDPE or PE-X) with in-depth knowledge of Asia supply market.
• At least total 5 years’ experience working at one of the top 10 producers of Polymer material (CN, Korea or Middle East) with knowledge of typical material cost structure and producer supply chain and dependencies.
• Proficient in oral and writing Mandarin and English.
• Be assertive and proactive with service-oriented mentality.
• Willing to and capable of working under a complex, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
• Ability to build strong networks and interact in a cross-functional and multicultural environment with all levels of management.
• Able to learn, patient, good at prioritizing his/her work.
• Prefer working in international commodity manufacturer.

• SAP procurement knowledge and excellent presentation skills.
• Good computer skills , especially Microsoft Office Programs
• Good interpersonal and analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
