JOB SUMMARY岗位概述 As the Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and supplier management of core commodities. You will proactively collaborate with global/local engineering and quality teams to develop commodity and supplier strategies aligned with component roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve cost savings, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management goals. 作为采购经理，你将负责核心商品的战略采购和供应商管理。您将积极与全球/本地工程和质量团队合作，制定符合部件路线图的商品和供应商战略，并推动跨职能计划，以实现成本节约，库存优化和供应链风险管理目标。 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 主要任务&职责 Proactively work with ENG (global/local), quality to develop commodity strategy and supplier strategy against component roadmap. 主动与工程部门（全球/本地），质量部门合作，根据部件路线图制定商品策略和供应商策略。 Identify and drive for more cost saving opportunities together with ENG, quality, MFG etc. incl but not the limit of localization, VAVE, supplier change, negotiation, etc. to enlarge PPV pipeline initiatives. 与工程部、质量部、生产部等一起发现并推动更多的成本节约机会，包括但不限于本地化、VAVE、供应商变更、谈判等，以扩大PPV储备方案。 Lead or coordinate with planning, purchasing team, etc. to improve inventory turns, DOS, and/or IO materials through MOQ reduction, etc. 领导或协调计划、采购团队等部门，通过降低MOQ等方式改善库存周转、DOS、物料IO。 Lead price/contract negotiation with suppliers for better cost management and supplier performance management. 主导与供应商的价格/合同谈判，以更好地进行成本管理和供应商绩效管理。 Proactively get involve in NPx sourcing, make/buy purchasing activities; introduce early supplier involvement in NPx projects to reduce ENG time as well as cost. 积极参与 NPx 采购、自制/外购活动；尽早引入供应商参与 NPx 项目，以减少工程时间和成本。 Lead and coordinate COO overseas materials localization to mitigate supply risk from geopolitics impact and drive materials strategy in CHN version. 领导和协调原产地 (COO) 海外物料本地化，以降低地缘政治影响带来的供应风险，并推动中国版物料战略。 Lead and drive EOL alternative’s introduction, LTB activities together with buyer team to minimize the impact of cost and inventory from EOL; and update PAR log information in a time manner. 与采购团队一起领导和推动EOL替代方案的引入、LTB活动，以最大限度地减少 EOL 对成本和库存的影响；并及时更新PAR日志信息。 Lead and coordinate ECN, TPS and deviation change to suppliers. 领导和协调供应商的设计变更，包括ECN、TPS、deviation。 Lead supplier consolidation to optimize supplier base together with ENG, quality; lead regular supplier performance review. 与工程、质量部门一起领导供应商整合，以优化供应商基础；领导定期供应商绩效评估。 Attend exhibitions, supply forum, etc. to introduce new suppliers to challenge current supplier base. 参加展览会、供应商论坛等活动，引入新的供应商，以挑战现有供应商基础。 Collect and introduce new technology received from supply market to ENG for product development. 收集并向工程部门介绍从供应市场获得的新技术，用于产品开发。 Collect and analyze commodity supply market info and report to cross teams. 收集和分析商品供应市场信息并跨团队汇报。 Champion continuous improvement on procurement process. 倡导采购流程的持续改进。 Global sourcing support if needed. 如有需要，提供全球采购支持。 Complete any other related functional responsibilities in SCM department assigned by leader. 完成上级交与SCM部门内其他相关工作或职责。 REQUIREMENTS岗位要求 Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. 本科以上学历，理工专业优先。 Minimum 5 years in Commodity Management, preferably with experience in Electronics components.

Experience in an international company is an asset. 5年以上商品管理经验，有电子元器件工作经验者优先。有跨国公司工作经验者更佳。 In-depth knowledge of the marketplace conditions for a broad range of strategic commodities including industry pricing, technology and supply/demand trends. 深入了解各种战略性商品的市场状况，包括行业定价、技术和供需趋势。 Working knowledge of global supply chain management issues and practices. 具备全球供应链管理问题和实践方面的知识。 Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn and use multiple applications specific to this function including ERP and office systems. 具备扎实的计算机基本应用和微软办公软件知识，并能够学习和使用与此职能相关的多种应用程序，包括 ERP 和办公系统。 Strong presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external stakeholders. 具备较强的表达能力，能够与各种内部和外部利益相关者进行有效的口头和书面沟通。 Knowledge of negotiation practices/methodology for commodities. 掌握商品谈判的实践/方法论。 Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines. 能够在时间紧迫的情况下处理多项任务，同时保持对细节和准确性的关注。 Ability to evaluate, prioritize and work a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. 能够对各种任务进行评估、排序和处理，以确保其及时准确地完成。
